Major Achievements :

Ø  Improvise Chuan is shallow well used by farmer for irrigating their agri-field, farmers dogged every year in their agriculture field to irrigate. It is a small scale traditional irrigation technology. One traditional Chuan can irrigate area of about 0.70 acres of agriculture land. After improvisation it is a permanent structure of Rs.15,000.00 only and can irrigate a land of 1.20 acres.
Ø  Juanga is a primitive tribe based at Keonjhar district of Odisha. Their major occupation is deforesting and cultivation, i.e. Zhoom cultivation. Integrated Natural Water Resource Management, which help them to reduce deforestation as well as they created their own cultivation land near their home. This highly appreciated by a German based Donor Agency. In this regards a paper was published (Will to Win) by me in International Groundwater Conference in the year 2007.
Ø  In Orient Paper Mills, Amlai here, last 45 year there was trend that in April to July in every year the mill used to shut down due to water. Our mill needs 10-12 million gallons of water daily to run. Last year when I joined the record was broke, we have sufficient water to run the mill till now. This was done only because of Integrated Natural Water Resource Management.
Ø  Have developed software in Microsoft Excel, which can calculate the discharge of a catchment/watershed. It can able to design the structures, which should be implemented for management of that discharge of rainwater. In this software, there is hydrological design as well as structural design. Maximum calculation, planning etc. I used to do in spread sheet like Excel and Project. I am very much familiar with computer since 1993.
Ø  In 2013 I had developed a Syphonic NRV which can lift water to overhead tank from hand pump without any external energy. Only through handle of hand pump we can able lift water vertically up to 6.50 m. But now I am doing improvisation of this NRV. The technique is proven as far better than the Force & Lift Pump.
Ø  Developed manual like Rooftop Rainwater Harvesting, Hand Pump Repair & Maintenances, General Construction, Sanitary Survey Surveillance, Safety for Construction Site, etc.
